First off, thanks to The Audio Store to do the needful of delivering the device at the earliest!
The earphones are packaged very well. 8.5/10 on packaging. A semi premium experience while unboxing.
Getting to the device itself, the buttons on the right side of the neck band are decent. Not very clicky, not mushy either. Satisfactory. The sound...well that's where things get interesting.
The fit is very nice. Has a passive noise cancelling feel due to the fit which is appreciated. The sound stage is not that great. It's just okay. 6.5/10 on the sound stage.
This earphone has an EQ button, which helps you shuffle through 3 EQ settings pre determined by the company. Apart from the bass enhanced setting, the other 2 settings are just meh! I've never used them. I would've loved to have a very neutral or a balanced EQ option, just to see how they sound, but that's lacking! Minus point for that. Apart from the staging, I'd say, 7.5/10 on the sound quality. Zero hiccups in the microphone section. Never had a problem talking to the other person. No complaints from the other end. 9/10 on microphone.
The device says, it has bluetooth 5.0. My phone does too. But just as I take 10 steps away from my phone, the connection just disconnects. I dont know if that's supposed to happen, but that's the major drawback on this device. The bluetooth connectivity is bad. 3/10 for the bluetooth connectivity. Only because it doesn't provide the sort of reliability of walking away into another room for me.
That's it I guess. Overall I'd say it's a 3.5/5 product. If you don't care for the neutral sound signature or the mind blowing staging or the bad bluetooth connectivity, this is a getter! I'd recommend it then.
