First and foremost, these are quite rigid and in my experience, have not softened the way other foam tips I have tried. The shape is also suited for more shallow ear insertions which did not agree with my ear canal shape unfortunately. The foam part is very stiff as mentioned and the silicone part is sufficiently tacky to hold the tips in place inside your ears. The noise reduction is also on par with other foam eartips I've tried, depending on how good a seal you get of course.
For my ears, medium and large tips created a good enough seal but the small ones did not. I tried them with blon bl-03 and moondrop aria for about a week. The problem I had was that after prolonged listening sessions, the outer area of my ear around where the eartip is inserted became swollen and painful. This was due to the button like shape and rigidity of the foam part combined with the grippy tackiness of the silicone part. All good things if your ear canal is cooperative. But mine unfortunately isn't.
They come packed in a tiny plastic box with a text sticker on top.
