7-Day Replacement Policy

All products purchased on The Audio Store will be acceptable for returns only if:

•Dead on arrival (DOA)

•Manufacturing Defect

•Wrong product received

•Physical damage in transit

Replacement request is acceptable only within 7 days from the date of delivery.

In case of wrong/damaged/defective products, please notify us by email (with images & full unboxing video) within 24 hrs after receiving the product.

7-Day replacement policy is not valid for Earpads, Eartips, Earplugs, Cases & Cover, OTG Cable, Audio Converter & Adapter, Tubes, Audio Experience At Home Products, Filter, Demo On Sale, Preowned Products.

  • If your product is within the return window, please fill out the replacement request form below. You will receive a response within 24 working hours.
  • Your order will be picked up within 48 hours after the return request is approved.
  • Please ensure the product is securely packed with its original packaging and all accessories.
  • Your replacement will be shipped within 3–15 working days after the verification process, subject to product availability.

Other Policy

You can raise a refund request only if we fail to deliver a prepaid order.

Prepaid orders are shipped within 24 working hours after the order is received

(not applicable for pre-orders or non-stock products).

COD orders are shipped only after successful telephonic confirmation, which may take 1–2 working days.

• Orders placed on government holidays or between Saturday (after 2 PM) and Sunday will be shipped on the next working day

(prepaid orders are prioritized; COD after confirmation).

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. We'll refund the full amount you've paid for such a cancellation.


Pre-Order

We will be unable to cancel pre-order.

Preowned Products

We will be unable to cancel Preowned products order.

No Cost EMI

EMI transaction charges will get deducted while refund.

All images shown are for illustration purposes only, actual product may vary in colour.

Some products may use brass or copper components, internally or externally. Oxidation is a natural process for these materials and is not covered under warranty or the 7-day replacement policy.

To minimise oxidation, we recommend regular cleaning of external surfaces. Internal oxidation, if it occurs, cannot be prevented or serviced.
