Perfect for long listening sessions
The h570 are a nice pair of eartips, they improve bass and slightly increase the width of the sound stage. Really good for earphones with short nozzles, for longer ones you may have fit problems as they sit slightly higher than other tips on nozzle.

SS size, I am enjoying mest II with this eartips more with better bass, isolation, imaging.

Very controlled bass. Great imaging and soundstage. Pairs well with warm, L-shaped IEMs. Isolation is good enough.
Do check the size chart before buying. You may need to go for smaller size if you want deeper insertion since the bore is wide.

The resolution of audio has improved drastically due to the balanced cable. The cable makes my Shanling UA2 Plus DAC + Amp to provide more power to the drivers of my Sennheiser HD620S headphones. So, the volume of the headphones has doubled.
The build is solid and the most impressive thing is the flat sound stage.It is recorded to use a portable DAC to get the best sound possible.Not recommended for bass lovers

Most convenient
This was a gift for a friend of mine. The shipping took some time but when it reached them it was shipped the same day and after two days it was received. It came in perfect condition. I'll copy my friend's review below:
"This is most balanced IEM with a touch of warmth among everything out there. The Bass is just a bit much and with a 3db high-pass filter it became perfect. It doesn't get much better from this. The soundstage and imaging is decent and competes with +800$ stuff. The tuning, resolution and timbre is one of the best even under 2k. I'm very much in love with them. The comfort is pretty decent. I haven't got tired of them even after long hours."
