Introduction
GATE, a cost-effective dynamic driver in-ear headphones, adopts an N52 magnet double-cavity internal magnetic circuit dynamic driver and a brand-new carbon LCP high-rigidity diaphragm. It features a redesigned cavity ID, high-quality oxygen-free copper cable, and excellent objective indicators.
Innovative Design and Comfort
The GATE is designed as a cost-effective and comfortable IEM. Its appearance has been redesigned, the cavity weight has been reduced, and the diaphragm and acoustic structure of the driver have been further optimized. The 0.78mm 2pin interchangeable design offers convenience and expanded playability.
Drivers
GATE uses a 10MM internal magnetic circuit dynamic driver with frontal-cavity filter optimization and diaphragm specialization, optimizing the structure and diaphragm rigidity.
Advanced Diaphragm Material
The new carbon LCP diaphragm material in GATE makes it more rigid than standard LCP diaphragms, improving high-frequency sensitivity. The ultra-thin PU enhances the bass texture and ensures safe diaphragm operation.
Optimized Structure
The structural strength has been optimized to fully utilize the acoustic characteristics of the new diaphragm while minimizing the deformation of the 10mm speaker during metal stamping. This ensures consistent production and acoustics.
Lightweight Coil
A large CCAW ultra-thin coil ensures a lightweight and reliable suspension system.
Excellent Objective Indicators
The GATE features a brand-new diaphragm material and optimized acoustic structure, resulting in minimal linear distortion and improved high-frequency extension compared to previous models. It ensures excellent frequency-amplitude response with HRTF characteristics, delivering a balanced, durable, and enjoyable sound with reasonable bass gains.
Furthermore, the GATE exhibits exceptional nonlinear distortion, with measured distortion in most frequency bands being less than 0.2% under non-anechoic room and 104dB SPL. This results in a clean background and allows for personalized EQ adjustments without any negative effects.
Snug Fit with Brand-New ID Design
The GATE's cavity design has been fine-tuned based on HOLA, optimizing the appearance with a transparent faceplate. The PC+ABS composite injection cavity ensures a lightweight yet stable structure. New ear tips provide admirable listening and minimize discomfort, enhancing the audio experience.
High-Quality Oxygen-Free Cable
GATE ships with a multi-core high-quality oxygen-free copper cable, featuring a 2pin thick-twisted-pair with high-quality cable skin for a tangle-free experience. It combines with a universal 0.78mm 2pin socket (female sunken type) for convenient and reliable usage.

Good for:
>Vocal dominated tracks (general bollywood songs)
>Indian classical in vocal. string and wind instruments, acoustic guitars.
> Western classical focused on Piano, violin and cellos (e.g. Ludovico Einaudi, Lang Lang)
Need a little twigs in eq:
> Female vocal may need 2-3 db boost in at around 2k region.
> Old tracks designed for tapes and cassettes generally has treble boosted in default. Hence a 1-2 db pull down in 8k &16k band makes it more enjoyable (e.g track - Nahi samne from movie Taal)
Not good for:
> Heavy rock and metals that demands more throbbing base.
> Heavy electric guitars mainly power chords & overdrive base guitars sounds muddy.
> Lacks wide sound stage required for large and dynamic orchestral pieces. Like cornfield chase by Hans zimmer, Nostalgia by Yanni
> Hip-hop and Electronic tracks lacks the attacks and punchiness
VERDICT:
> Deep and tight base, buttery soft mids and well defined and perfectly rolled out treble that doesn't heart your ears after a while.
>Go for it if you are a bollywood song lover. You can't get anything better, at least at this price brakets.
> Shines well with Sigma-delta dacs but feels bit too warm for r2r Dacs. Although some people can prefer that. But do not use it with a very powerful amp. Personally I felt opamp like MAX97220 is more than enough.
> Base is deep and tight. So do not buy this if you want thumpy base.
> Not a flat responding iem. So do not consider it if you want an analytical piece. > Choose it if you are looking for long listening sessions with deep imotional attachment rather than analytical detailing.
I've been using this IEM for a couple of days now, and compared to the Moondrop CHU II, the treble feels noticeably improved.

KZ Duonic ka sound sach me bhut acha hai aur iski overall quality kamal ki hai. planar driver hone ki wajah se clarity next level milti hai. Bass tight hai aur instrument separation bhi bohot clear hai. Isme music suno bohot acha experience hota hai . Highly recommended if you love high-resolution audio!

Really good DAC and perfect for apple devices as it does not reduce the volume like few other DACs..and very good delivery experience from TAS..👍🏻
One of the best iem in terms of balanced sound with slight new meta tuning. Vocals come clean with controlled bass. (Maybe sub bass could be a bit more but it's okay). Music separation is top notch in its class. Detail retrieval is also class leading. This is the point of diminishing returns. For many this could be the end game iem for sure.
Various reviews on the net created a lot of desire and interest to possess this iem.
Hitherto iv been buying audio gear from some other website who did not have this iem in stock.

Songs thatIheardliterallyfelt like being played in front of me.
Bass sufficiently good enough for every listener except bassheads. Of course bassheads would lose considerable amount of ther sonic capabilities.
Soundstage wide and imaging is excellent. Inspite of good bass every instrument is distinctly clear and precise.
Only request for Audiostore is to include other leading brands like Fatfreq, Fiio, Ibasso etc.
My honest review these are best and luxury looking IEMS and I love them and they fit in my ear perfectly for me and I love them
This IEM sound really good for everyday listening. The Bass has a nice punch,Vocals come through clear and the overall sound feels balanced and enjoyable.They’re comfortable to wear for long periods and block out a decent amount of outside noise.Easy to carry around as it’s comes with a pouch and Great for Music,Videos.Definitely worth it for the price, and specifically thanks for audiostore team.❤️❤️.
