The Craft Ears Aurum is the crown jewel of the Genesis Series and the ultimate expression of our pursuit of perfect sound. Named after Aurum—Latin for “gold”—this flagship IEM embodies brilliance, refinement, and musical purity. Designed for audiophiles who demand nothing less than the best, Aurum delivers a breathtaking listening experience that blends cutting-edge technology with natural musicality.
Sound from the Soul
Aurum is our first tribrid IEM, integrating:
-
A specially engineered 10 mm PEN dynamic driver for powerful, visceral sub-bass.
-
Four balanced armature drivers for rich mids and articulate highs.
-
Two Sonion electrostatic drivers for sparkling, ultra-refined treble extension.
The result is a sound signature that is immersive, balanced, and highly detailed. With expansive staging, holographic imaging, and jaw-dropping extension on both ends, Aurum sets a new benchmark for high-end IEMs.
Sonic Performance
-
Bass: Deep, textured, and controlled. Sub-bass rumbles with authority, while mid-bass stays impactful yet never bloated.
-
Mids: Natural, smooth, and emotionally engaging. Vocals shine with realism and depth.
-
Highs: Airy, refined, and effortlessly extended. Cymbals and ultra-high frequencies are rendered with lifelike clarity and smoothness.
-
Soundstage & Imaging: Wide, spacious, and precise with excellent separation, creating a true holographic presentation.
Exclusive Technologies
Craft Ears Aurum achieves its performance through innovations never seen before:
-
SES™ 2.0 (Space Expanse System) – A patent-pending, 3D-printed horn-loaded tweeter for enhanced EST driver performance, delivering cleaner, more expansive treble.
-
True Load™ Technology – Maintains extremely flat impedance and phase response, ensuring perfect driver coherence across the frequency spectrum.
-
5-Way Crossover Design – Seamlessly integrates all seven drivers for an effortless, natural sound.

from 6582 reviewsGot the KZ Castor Pro (Harman Target + improved bass) and I’m honestly happy with it right now.
Bass hits nicely and feels punchy without covering up vocals.
Songs sound clean and balanced, and details come through pretty well.
Comfort is good for longer listening too.
Overall, feels totally worth the money.

Working Fine with AIYIMA T9 Integrated Speaker Amplifier with DAC. Seller Response was very good. Shipping Fast, Safe and secure.
It's hard cast to secure your IEM and soft on inside to don't scratch the IEM & good space on in side
One year review: incredible audio quality, strong bass, clean highs, and no wear or tear. These IEMs are truly reliable
It's pretty good for the price, good bass and well maintained treble.
Okay, let's talk about this transparent protective case. If you own the MOONDROP ST2s, this case isn't an option, it's a must-buy. Why? Because the original charging case is lidless and instantly attracts dust and scratches!
Fit and Feel
The fit here is fantastic. It slides on perfectly—it's a snug fit with absolutely no loose gaps, which is exactly what you want. Even though it's super affordable, it feels like genuinely good quality in your hand.
Protection and Design
This protective case does its job perfectly: it seals up the whole unit, protecting the original case from dust and scratches. The magnetic lid on this new case works really well, too. You can shake it all you want, and it won't pop open, which is great insurance against the buds falling out of the original lidless design.
I love the look. The transparent design is super cool because it lets the charging case shine through and reflect its original form, all without adding any noticeable bulk.
Just a Quick Heads-Up
It's important to note that the protective case doesn't block the charging port. This means if you travel a lot, you'll still need to keep an eye on that port and clean it regularly to prevent dust buildup.
Final Verdict
My advice is simple: you need this case. Go buy it! Otherwise, you'll constantly be putting the ST2s in a separate IEM box just to protect them. Honestly, doing both—using the protective case and the IEM box—is the best bet for extra protection, which is what I'm doing now.
Okay, seriously, these little earbuds absolutely blew my mind.
The whole vibe, right from the moment I cracked open the box, felt super new and cool. Like, this isn't that same boring, generic crap you always get. The charging case? Totally unique! It looks awesome, but heads up: I can already tell it's gonna be a dust magnet. To keep mine fresh, I slapped a protective case on it immediately and keep the whole setup in a tiny IEM box for peace of mind. Just a pro-tip! Other than that, the actual earbuds fit like they were custom-made for my ears.
But the sound, man? That’s the whole reason to buy these. It’s just miles better than any regular Bluetooth headphone I’ve used. Everything is so dang clear! You can hear all the different instruments perfectly, like they’re standing in separate spots instead of being a messy blob. Oh, and download the app! You can tweak the settings to make them sound exactly how you like.
There are definitely other options out there in this price bracket, but these guys win, hands down.
That separation in the music? I felt it for the first time ever, and it made all my old playlists sound brand new. If you want that super crisp, detailed audio without emptying your wallet, you HAVE to try them. Huge step up! The volume is a little low, but honestly, the ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) covers that right up.
The Technical Bits
The controls are quick and easy to use, but they're super sensitive, so you might accidentally pause your music a couple of times while adjusting them. You'll get the hang of it, though.
For calls, they're fine in a quiet room, but you gotta speak up. If you're out near traffic, the person on the other end is definitely going to hear the cars more than you.
Watching videos? Zero lag. The low latency mode works perfectly for YouTube and Netflix sync. Sorry, I don't really game, so I can't tell you how they handle laggy mobile FPS games.
Battery life is decent—I got about five hours with the ANC constantly running.
Just a heads-up: If you already own a wired IEM, don't bother with these. Wired is just way better. I'm only just starting my journey into audiophile stuff, and I can already tell you: wired beats wireless every time.
P.S. Huge shoutout to The Audio Store for the crazy fast shipping and good packaging! Definitely buying from them again soon.
Awesome Product!
Absolutely bang for the buck. Best beginner IEM under 2000 Rs and I am not even kidding or exaggerating.
This is my second KZ EDC pro set actually. I ordered it for my brother because I like it a lot. If you want for gaming or on limited budget, definitely buy it. It can be driven buy any normal 3.5mm device, but buy a dongle DAC if you can it will enhance your experience with cleaner sound.
Read the detailed review below.
The tuning is lot balanced with slight V shape is how everyone describes it. So far from friends, I got to try Moondrop chu II, Tangzu Wan'er SG 2, Blon bl03 I, KZ ZSN pro X and KZ EDC pro(my own) all with DAC (for first three it was with Audiocular spark). I will say I prefer EDC pro over all of these. Might sound like a madlad here preferring a 700rs IEM over ~2000 rs IEM but it's just that good.
Tuning: It comes to preference, but what's good is it is not the usual KZ like tuning, and it's V shape enough to enjoy but not too much to crush all details. It's tuning is close to moondrop chu II I would say, and Blon bl03 if you reduce sharpness of the treble. Or other way to describe would be little more bass than Tangzu Wan'er SG 2. But it does feel little sharp sometimes on highest volumes with something like trumpets playing.
Technicalities: I am a noob, yes. But from my understanding, it's very head to head with tangzu wan'er SG 2 and blon bl03 in terms of soundstage. Well, in busy tracks seperation (I listen to J-pop a lot), all of the IEMs I tested so far have failed (the best set I could experience was Fiio ft1 pro open back, so my judgement of seperation and soundstage comes according to that). And a heads up, its sensitivity is high, so it will produce hissing noise with DACs that have Amp chip with higher noise flour than it's sensitivity.
Cons:
1. It starts to struggle at higher volumes, becomes little sharp (ear piercing treble) with things like trumpet, but again you will never require higher than 60-70% in quite listening.
2. Other IEMs in under 2k range have smaller sizes, this one is just way bigger in the ears, but due to that it's a snug fit. People with smaller ears will find it way bigger.
Thanks for reading!
Also thanks for the audio store team for cooperating about the Spark DAC hissing issue even when it was clearly my mistake. It seems it's not publicly known that IEM sensitivity should be checked before buying a dongle DAC+Amp.
Great headset for comfort and neutral sound. The headband is excellent and fits my large head with no issues and the pads are isolating and comfortable too. The sound is basically neutral, the bass is present and textured but not boosted by much. Mids are spectacular and tame but not recessed at all. The treble brings the mids out even more without harshness and is pretty well extended at least to the uppertreble. Air frequencies are somewhat subdued but still not a problem for the sound. The treble is just a bit emphasized as it's oriented for mixing, so for casual listening it's a little sharp but it's my preference that way. If you're okay with a set that brings out details through Treble you'll like this.
real good product must buy if have good iems.;D
