The HiBy W4 Portable Hi-Res DAC & Amplifier is an all-purpose, next-generation audio gadget built for audiophiles who want uncompromised sound—anywhere, anytime. At its core, the W4 features dual Cirrus Logic CS43198 DAC chips, independently decoding left and right channels for superior channel separation, higher SNR, and a more immersive soundstage. With support for DSD512 and PCM up to 768kHz, femtosecond-grade oscillators, and powerful output of up to 475mW via the 4.4mm balanced port, the W4 effortlessly drives everything from sensitive IEMs to demanding planar headphones.
In Bluetooth mode, the Qualcomm QCC5181 decoding core with Bluetooth 5.4 ensures ultra-stable, low-latency, hi-res wireless playback. In USB mode, the dedicated UnCharge feature isolates power supply noise by running purely on the internal battery—even when connected to a phone—delivering cleaner, purer audio while saving smartphone battery life.
A rare highlight in this category is the 2-inch full-colour touchscreen, allowing intuitive control of playback, pairing, filters, and settings directly on the device. Good for my Sennheiser IE200, Here I got this as a hybrid. 1. Works as desktop DAC connected with PC for headphones (W4 doesn't provide sufficient line input for a Desktop Amplifier via RCA) . 2. Bluetooth Receiver on-the go during travelling, small, cute and compact. volume feels little low, still using 3.5 mm, not had chance to check 4.4 mm female port yet, where it shows true colors, waiting for 4.4 mm cable for my IEM.. will update my review soon.. To fix the low volume while maintaining the high audio detail of the dual CS43198 DACs, follow these steps:
Unlock the Volume:
On the HiBy W4 screen, go to Settings > About.
Tap the firmware version number (e.g., "HiBy W4 1.00") 5 times rapidly to enable Developer Options.
Go to the new Developer Options menu and turn Volume Lock to "OFF". This allows the volume to reach its true maximum (30/30). But volume level at 23 points for feel sweet.
Set to High Gain: Enter the Audio Settings menu on the W4 and change the Gain setting to High. This increases the output voltage.

The DAC works like a charm. Works with various devices. Recommended even if it does not come with PEQ. Try Equalizers of your choice to tune the sound as per your taste. I have paired it Duonic (improved bass version)

After using the Roseselsa Aurora, I can confidently say it's one of the best budget IEMs I've tried. Nice dac
I've purchased this kz edx pro 2 with mic and type c I've received in just 2 days and the product is absolute perfect and build quality and audio experience is so good I've loved it and the look also is so good, the quality of mic is good though compare to other mics audio is perfect and smooth for me.
I opened it fastly then at the end i saw take a video while opening sorry audio store. But tbh the wire quality is so good and delivery also came before expected date. If someone reading this comment the 1 reason to buy from audio store is they keep affrodable prices when compared to headphonezone and concept kart and offcourse amazon and the quality is also on top notch

I am choosing a well good brand product
The product has a sturdy build and the ring light adds a clean, aesthetic touch that enhances its overall look. Using it with my KZ Castor Harmon Edition feels like listening to my favorite song for the very first time, with sound quality that is clear and immersive. It works smoothly with both Samsung devices and Windows, and the customization options on Windows make it highly versatile. The quick delivery in just one day was the icing on the cake, making this a well-rounded purchase that combines design, performance, and convenience.
Pairing this Harman Target Version with a Samsung A17 playing Apple Music and FLAC files and Fiio X1 DAP as a secondary source with FLAC files. When tuned to give preference to Mids as i prefer to hear the voices more than anything else, this comes out as a sweet sounding combination and tracks like Racy Chapmans Fast Car and Massive Attacks Teardrop shine beautifully. The Castor Pros are best listened at about 40% volume and and infact they do actually sound amazing at a high volume for bass heavy tracks such as EDM but for Trance and Rock the cymbals and snare drums sound better at 40%. This pair of iems and the combo sounds like money well spent so far and next i want to try analytical IEMs like the 7Hz. Thanks to the Audio Store for the rushed delivery.
