Customers praised the "excellent sound quality" and comfort, noting "great audio quality" with detailed instrument separation. Many found it "worth the price" as an entry-level IEM. However, several mentioned bass is weak and not ideal for bass lovers. Some reported issues: ear buds falling off, USB-C heating, connectivity drops, and sound distortion at high volume. A few felt it was overhyped.
- Crazy sound quality, I usually use them for music production and valorant. I love these IEMs.
- The sound quality is good, blocks most of other noise, fits well into the ear
- One of the best entry level iems, the most comfortable iems I have ever used
Have to say the product is great after 2 hour usage I think I may use this for everything ☺️
But the heating of usb-c (since it is dsp) will be a problem
The audio quality is amazing. The noise barely escapes to outside. Overall a great purchase worth the price
1)Cod delivery is best which I experience in Navi Mumbai.
2) About quality about moondrop is best with crystal clear vocal just some label is base missed but that’s not bother
Good sound
Quality sound and performance
The audio quality was great... And this is the first time I m buying from audio store... It was good experience and it came very faster than i expected !
Good quality
Its the best iem under 2500 for type c users, the bass is little low but the mids and highs are outstanding, you can tune as your preference and increase the bass then it can be a monster.
Sound quality ausom but not for base lover's
Comfortable fit, perfect for long listening sessions.
Great sound quality and comfortable fit.
It's 90% really good
Excellent sound quality
I was a daily driver of Tin Hifi T2 (original). I was thinking of upgrading to something similar flat sounding IEM which is affordable. After hearing the amazing reviews of the Moondrop Chu II, I went for it. And after using it for a week, I must say, I'm nothing but impressed. T2 was a dual dynamic driver IME. Downgrading to a single driver, I barely noticed a difference (don't judge my credibility being an audiophile). If you're looking for some flat sounding IME you can't go wrong. The transition from bass to treble is very smooth. Highs are not too high. Lows are just right amount. Although if I've something to grief about, it's the mids. But it's not a deal breaker. The build quality is good. I'm running it with my Pixel 3. So, I opted for the Type C version. The cable seems strong. The carrying case is a very nice. Although only 3 pairs of silicon ear tips are included. There is volume control which is a bonus. Overall, it's a great purchase. Absolutely recommended!

First of all when I hear it was just a normal like other earphones after tuning with the moon drop link app we have certain equaliser to download and apply this is where the real game starts worth the price very happy much better than tanchjim one dsp with nothing phone 2 as it's has the same image in 😉

Good clarity, but painful to wear
Audio preference varies from person to person. While vocals and guitars sounded clear, the overall sound signature simply wasn't for me.
The real dealbreaker is the physical fit. Both earbuds started hurting my ears after just a few minutes of listening. They are uncomfortable and definitely not built for long sessions.
Nice iem
Great Product
The earphones are good but the buds keep falling off
It’s good but not at the level of my expectations
The sound quality is good, blocks most of other noise, fits well into the ear and doesn't need charging. I like!
Excellent product
Different and better experience in comparison to best in segment headphones.
