The 64 Audio U18t’s patented Tubeless In-Ear Audio (tia) system reduces unwanted resonance and distortion for a transparent and lifelike sound. This is achieved by allowing the tia balanced armature drivers to radiate freely in the single tia bore with no obstructions in front of the drivers.
Apex Sound & Comfort
The Air Pressure Exchange (Apex) Core allows seamless airflow to the aluminium shell that uses a perforated grill to prevent the obstruction of air for effortless reproduction of music. This patented vent releases air pressure for better comfort and lesser fatigue while enhancing noise isolation. This technology comes in three module variations: mX, m15 and m20. 
Reliable with the Right LID
The different source amplifier output impedances of smartphones, DAC/Amps, Hi-Res Audio Players and more, can cause the frequency response to vary across devices based on the increase in resistance. A patented Linear Impedance Design (LID) circuit corrects the non-linear electrical resistance of the multiple driver sets to restore proper interaction with the source device. It preserves the desired sound signature while staying constant and reliable.
No Dampers, It’s Electrifying!
Old technologies like acoustic dampers merely blocked frequencies from reaching the ear instead of preventing it from reaching the drivers. This introduced distortion due to the vibration and air movement at higher volumes. The U18s uses an electrical low pass filter that reduces distortion while eliminating unwanted target frequencies before they reach the driver.

Inspired by nature, the U18s is handcrafted in the USA from an aerospace-grade aluminium billet. This is CNC milled, sand-blasted, cut and anodised twice for incredible robustness. A striking fractal design makes it unique and stunning.
Premium Cables
A top-of-the-line IEM deserves a state-of-the-art cable. 65 strands of pure silver-plated OFC wires are combined together in an 8-braid cable. These are covered with a premium sheath to reduce microphonics and unwanted noise.

Finesse -- That is the word that comes to mind when talking about U18s. A very cable and source picky IEM, it reveals its might when paired correctly. Vocals have never sounded more emotional, the bass is wide and deep, yet the mids never take a back seat. A dark sounding IEM with a high degree of details, a mind blowing speed and a wide soundstage. My favourite when I just want to immerse myself and enjoy the mellow beats. Comes closest to bringing me to the stage.

I order this IEM after watching too many videos on youtube. I was using apple's wired earphone before. so I was finding for IEM that can be my daily driver. For me these are natural sounding IEMs. I enjoyed them a lot. even lot of my colleagues have tried it. Got positive reviews from them also. The bass in this IEM is not overpowering treble and vocals. They are well tuned. if you want to change the tuning (want more bass) you can do it from tanchjim app(supported only for TYPE C). I have tried it there are so many other presets to. I have tried changing its tuning to simgot Supermix 4 so the bass vocal and treble get boosted. You can consider this as your first IEM.

Very helpful in maintaining type C cable
Build quality is top notch. It's heavy but not uncomfortable. Coming to sound it has balanced sound signature with slight emphasis on treble.
